Blackbox: Austere Breaching

I’ve been part of some units that people brag about, but others don’t know much about really, and been sent to parts of the world that are not pretty, and yet I’ve never been exposed to anything, ever before the level like what I experienced for the [Blackbox] training this weekend.

A multiple day experience designed to bring prior students back to the training floor to replicate, refresh and update skillsets: Blackbox draws from all of the entry-level classes to test your ingenuity and knowledge new and old in a competitive environment.

This is a multiple instructor, task-oriented training event, and each event is themed: this round you will be looking at improvised breeching for emergency situations, secure communications, plus two fever dreams or fireside chats at the start and end of the event.

You will be broken into teams, and you'll work with your team from start to finish, because personnel assets are essential to survival. However, because you may be out there alone, awards are given to the top-performing individual, because it's important to function solo as well.

This event comes with exclusive gear and the chance to earn a patch that will never be for sale. Successful completion gives you access to more advanced events.
