Faith Indicators

- One thing you learn about going to places where violence and desperation are everywhere is how these spaces are always covered in public statements of faith. Shrines, murals, rosaries, amulet's etc. The church services are full on Sunday. Not so much in the higher end neighborhoods that have more security and protection around them.

This shrine is at a house, that has this widow facing the street. People leave random offerings and prayers here. Thinking about these as an indicator is something most people don't think about or mention, but it's a very telling thing when you start seeing the signs on the walls, literally.

Know what your looking at.. stillness is death. -
